Return & Exchange Policy

 

​U.S. & International Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items are in original condition

  • Original tags (if applicable) are attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

European Union (EU) Consumer Rights

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition.

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order items with customer-approved designs

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
